Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription to a Metaboli collection at anytime, online in just a few mouse clicks. To do this you just need to click on this link and follow the instructions: Cancel my subscription. NB: you will need your Subscription number as well as the email address you used to subscribe to Metaboli to cancel.

Once you have gone through the cancellation steps, you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation of your subscription to the collection.
If you are on a trial period (using a promotional code when you created your account) your cancellation will take place immediately. Loosing your ‘game rights’ (the ability to launch and play the games) immediately. If you are on a full subscription then your ‘game rights’ will finish on your subscription renewal date (the day of the month that you originally took your subscription). Basically this is allowing you access for the full month that you have paid for.
