So few do, its one of the "Dedicated Few" kinda games that make me proud to love them. Anyone here play? I used to play HOMM 3 online, but I just found it takes much too long to play... catch 22, I don't like this kinda game rushed, but find it frustrating waiting so long while playing with others. A full turn could take up to 15mins given everything I had to do, as well as all the other players. That said, the HOMM Kingdoms game looks fun, not looked into it for a long while, but if memory serves it's a more persistent game, similar to browser games like Evony (ick) or Planeterion. Let me explain: You only have a limited number of things to do as every action you take takes a few hours to finish.. so yeah, getting your hero and his army to an enemy stack takes like 2 hours, depending on where they are in the map. In that respect it is proper slow.. Some will say that once you have a few towns there are more things to do, but I have 6 towns and 7 heroes, and there is not a lot to do that is exciting really... A major fan of the series myself, but the web based game is a bit of a let down really...
