Hello dear gamers,

we have recently been made aware of phishing attempts on our service.
We would thus like to remind you of a few basic rules:

• Never give your gaming account password and/or your credit card information to anyone, even if the sender seems to be from a known organism.
• The email addresses of such companies can be tampered with and we would like to ask you to make sure you really know the sender or simply disregard them. If in doubt, you can always phone the organism that has sent the email (your bank, for example).
• Please be wary of emails that ask you to access a site by clicking on a link or on a button. They could be coming from malevolent sites. It is always better to type the address of the website yourself. (your bank, e-retailer…).
• Keep your PC updated in order to protect yourself against these kind of attacks.
• Some phishing emails may contain viruses that could harm your PC.
