Post Street Fighter 4 Benchmark tool to download
Hello fellow streetfighters!

I'm sure you are all eagerly awaiting the release of this awesome game to your Pack.

It is coming, and it will be with us soon, very soon.

In the meantime, we would like to treat you to this superb benchmark tool, which will assess how your computer will run the game, by launching a small demo of three combats under real in-game conditions!

If you would like to brag about the results your PC spits out, then please, by all means, post your results here :)

Enjoy, before the Tiger Shots rain down on you!

Download the benchmark here

The file is 369 Mb in size.

My machine is two years old - but I think the results are slightly scary - I wasn't expecting to keep up with the new machines!

Default No V-Sync:

SCORE: 11175
AVERAGE: 78.15FPS
OS: Windows XP Professional
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz
Memory: 2814MB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS
Display Setting: 1440x900 60Hz (why do I default higher than you guys?)

"Max" (No AF/AA) No V-Sync:

SCORE: 8326
AVERAGE: 61.05FPS
OS: Windows XP Professional
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz
Memory: 2814MB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS
Display Setting: 1680x1050 60Hz

"Max" (16x AF, C16xQ AA) No V-Sync

SCORE: 4382
AVERAGE: 25.12FPS
OS: Windows XP Professional
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz
Memory: 2814MB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS
Display Setting: 1680x1050 60Hz C16xQAA

I'll try again in Vista and see if that makes a difference as well.

Wow guys, all these results are very nice to see!

We'll definitely have a ball when the game comes out here! Which, if all goes well, should be a day 1 release! YATTAAAAAAAAAAA!

I am thinking about getting a challenge going, we could have a competition between members of the site, and get you all in a tournament. How about that?

I'll post a new topic in the multiplayer section of the forum for that purpose!
