Hi all

Can someone please help with regards installing the new player on my system, as we speak I have done everything possible ( that i can think off ). i have taken the advice on the forums regarding uninstalling java first, have tried this in three different browser
IE 8, GOOGLE CROME and FIREFOX but in each instant the player installation stalls with "Initializing player" box and that is as far as i get. I have disabled my firewall and antivirus programs as well. Have tried to install the player on my son's laptop and no problems.

My system specs:
OS Windows XP Home Edition SP 3
Pentium 4 3.0 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series
2.5 Gb

I know the system is not the best but does me for the type of games that i play, has the play itself got a Minimum Specifications?????

If nothing helps then post the log that is asked for in the thread.

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is also needed as well as java.
