Hi, I joined on 1st August 2009. Here is a quote from my join email, I've hidden sensative info.

Then, because of the recent problems I decided to cancel on the 31st August. Here is a quote from my cancellation confirmation email

The strange thing is, its now the 2nd September 2009 and I can still play street fighter 4, which I still have installed on my hard drive. (ironic because I couldnt play street fighter 4 last week, while my membership was active :D) Also, the My Account info on the metaboli site says this:-

Well it will need Shane to confirm this but as I read it, the account was cancelled on the 31st which is why it has that date for last payment, and while the email said 1st the earliest time it could cancel is the 5th (or it would have billed you on the 1st) so they changed the date for next payment to avoid the auto billing.

The other reason could be because of the recent issues Shane/Accounting added 4 days to everyones subscription. Keep an eye on your bill in case there is a payment taken on the 5th and 31st.

Shane will likely be on around 9am to confirm this or tell you another reason. His will be correct, at the moment I wouldnt worry too much about it.

actually, I won't discuss this here. Also, i'm not going to answer directly to this, as I'm not in charge of this kind of stuff, but I'd recommend asking support about it, and making clear that you want to speak to a second level operator.
