 Re: The Saboteur
nope no chance it's a EA published game and they have no interest in providing games for the Metaboli style service, whether that will change any time soon who knows but i wouldn't hold my breath.

 Re: The Saboteur
I love how EA are always releasing press documents saying how digital is going to overtake physical for them in 2010, 2011, and so on and so forth, but never act on it, and have never provided us any games for this service, although they know about it and are aware of the possibilities....

 Re: The Saboteur
I know they put some old titles onto Gametap before your aquisition.. but we are talking old titles ie latest was Wing Commander 4 which really only got the interest of the guys at WC CiC (a wing commander fan site). They pulled the plug before they released Wing Commander Arena.
I would say they expected more from it but didnt give it the best chance. I mean if they put on something like Sims 3, Command and Conquer Id imagine they would take a huge chunk from the monthly revenue.
Another thing is likely they want more money and the potential pot isnt large enough for them to warrent when sharing it.. I wouldnt be suprised to see EA do thier own download on demand in future with thier own games so they keep all the profit.

It wouldn't surprise me either but I wonder if they would get enough members who just want to play EA titles to justify the hosting and servers up keep costs that would be involved.
