Re: Read this first [updated]
I can safely say that it is working for Win 7 for the following games, at the very least:

Chronicles of Riddick
Tom Clancy's Endwar (Very good, especially with voice recognition!)
Overlord II (Yes Master!)
Trine
Mount and Blade
Plants vs Zombies
Tropico 3
Prince of Persia (The new one)
Trackmania - TMUF-SE :P
Mini Ninjas (Toooo cute!)
Big Rig Europe... What can I say. I was bored, and wanted to see what it was like. I was still bored afterwards.
Gear Grinder

So - I refute your comments about Win 7 compatibility. Oh, and I should say I'm running 64-bit too, so... yeah.

Wouldn't it be slightly more HONEST to put IN BIG LETTERS on the FRONT PAGE that this system is not compatible with Windows 7 -- so saps like me (who have Windows 7) don't waste time and money trying to download stuff that won't work in a month of Sundays?

there ares some users here that have win7 so it's NOT completely incompatible.personally i use vista atm but as far as im aware the win 7 users that use the service can get most games that use the 64 bit compatible player working ok.they just cant play the games that use the older 32bit compatilble player as it is not compatible with win 7.

there is a filter on the site you can use to just search for games that use the 64bit compatible player.

there is an update going to be added to the service in march where all the games that can be will be moved over to the 64bit compatible player and official win7 support too.

as this is your first post here may be you would have had a better experience if you posted and asked for a little help.im sure some of the other win7 users that use the service would have given you some advice and got you up and running.

Re: Read this first [updated]
Hi Brian just thought you might want to update the part about Win 7 although it's still not supported by metaboli it does work with the 64bit games i have tried.. I no longer have 32bit access so can't comment on that,, and also i haven't tried every 64bit game so don't know if all of them work..

Maybe something along the lines of no guarantees but a good chance they will.. Just in case Win 7 owners get put off from joining thinking it doesn't work at all.

Hi,

it's not 'very weak' as you say, it's just that we have to adapt all the games to our system.

So, yes it takes time, but we've been releasing a steady stream of old and new games compatible with 64-bit OSes and our system for a while now, and you can benefit from a nice number of games now.

Obviously, we are going to transform our entire catalog and make it 64-biti compatible, but that takes time, as you've seen we have a considerable number of games on offer, whereas ressources are finite :)

Re: Read this first [updated]
good post but still its very weak that you cant play all the games , most games can be played on 64 bit system regardless what is said here if you didnt use this service

get iwth the times .. we have ram and we should be able to use it.

why would this little thing stop this great service to be so lacking.
