When first joining it can take a little while for your credit card to be billed.

Metaboli use a system to protect both the user and themselves from credit card fraud.It is a possibility your payment has been blocked by this and you might need to get in touch with official support in order to resolve the issue.

As im sure you are aware things like this can't be done on a public forum due to credit card details etc.

Are you sure it says you need to download the premium pack and not that you need to download and install the metaboli player.

If it does goto my account and download and install the player.It is needed to download and launch the games.

I've just subscribed to premium pack. Ive activated my pass, however when i click to download it tells me that I need to download the premium pack. Im very frustrated and feel like asking for a refund!
