Also how long did you cancel the account before your next billing date was due?

When cancelling you need to give 8 days notice.In other words you need to cancel 8 days before your billing date.This is to ensure there is adequate time for both meta and your bank to stop the payment.

"Cancellation is carried out online by contacting Client Support. The cancellation must be carried out a minimum of 8 days before the subscription renewal date. This technical delay is necessary to ensure that the cancellation has taken effect prior to the bank taking payment for another monthly period of the Pack chosen by the User"

i cancled my account recived an email saying it was cancled it said my game rights were valid till the second but then on the 13th of this month they charged me again i only paid on the 6th
