I have been away for a few days myself so was not in a position to try and help you.I don't however work for meta and am jsut a customer like yourself.

It is generally reccomended to let games fully downloaded before trying to play them.Just to avoid any possible complications when launching them before trouble shooting.

Have you managed to download them totally?

If you are still having issues downloading the games try the things listed here

Sections 1 and 2 will be the relevant sections for you i think.

If you still have issues after trying this then repost please in this thread and i will try and offer a little more constructive advice.

It might help when you repost to add the following info.

What operating system and specs are you using?
Is your system using up to date drivers?
Is your operating system fully up to date?

If you are fully up to date then it may help to post the windows error log when you try to lauch the game.

received no help now wishing I'd bought the game for 12.99 at a store...this was a bad move as the games all error :evil: plus no response to emails and 3 days gaming lost out of a month...not happy as we get charged too for days lost overall experinece has been poop

game is now at 83% black mirror 2 but it says exe is unplayable I have installed direct x and playing it on windows vista what do I need to do more?

cant get black mirror 2 to download stuck at 53% and won't budge further. help please
