Did you reinstall the player? I had to do that a few days ago and it worked afterwards.

Also are you getting it from the main site? http://www.metaboli.co.uk

Just thinking the affiliate sites might not have it fixed, and are linking to the dead KB (which will send you to an upgrade account page), you can tell by looking at the download link for KB, just hover the mouse over the download button, it should have yummy in the link not exent.

PS I never run games from desktop, I just have a shortcut linking to the My Games page and select my game through there, launching via desktop can sometimes fail to send the data to metaboli about what game to load.

Thats odd because I downloaded the game again yesterday and it was still saying I dont have a prem account when I do I had to download the game clicking on 3 different links for the game before it started.

then the game wont launch from the desktop it points to the french server I have to load up the metaboli page and select KB that way and it then takes about 7-8-9 attempts to get it working, a lot of the time nothing happens it just sits there and other times I get a runtime error.

Also in the metaboli desktop program its showing the game as not there. so no as far as I am concerned its just the same as it was a month ago?

Its working dude, been working for awhile. Pretty much day after Shane mentioned the display problem.

Now what might be the cause is Metaboli had to get a second version, the first is no longer there and if you had the first it wont work with the second, bassically uses 2 different players. New one is the Yummy player, old was Exent.

Try using add/remove programs to uninstall the game, then reinstall the player itself and redownload the game.

Nearly a monthy later and nothing nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi game is back up but i can't delete the partially d/loaded game on the my games list. player still not acknowledging the d/load. So where is it being d/loaded to? When i delete on my games it disappears then just pops back up. I've removed the previous version showing on the player. should i let this d/load finish. I don't know where it's d/loading to, so will i be able to delete it once d/loaded. I would assume not as the player is not recognising the d/load. Help. Please.

We are thus working on getting it to display and download correctly for you, and think this problem should be resolved soon.

i'm also showing the game d/loaded in remote programs. it shows on favorites list, but when i click play it takes me to subscription page to upgrade, i'm already on ultimate. I then clicked on kings bounty page clicked download it starts to d/load but doesn't show on player that it's d/loading, cannot find where it's d/loaded to. tried to stop download and delete but it won't delete, so i've got 412kb of download i can't remove. All the while the player says it's fully d/loaded and i've checked to remote progs folder and it's there. Mildly annoying so say the least.
someone please help b4 i smash my pc in.

Doesn't work! Get the "subscribe to ultimate collection" page just like previous.

I'm on a slow line and a limited download package so telling me to download again ain't going to make me a happy puppy :cry:

Well it is back but something still isn't quite right...

Firstly, it doesn't appear in my games list.

Secondly clicking the link from the strategy lists takes me to this page

where I get prompted to download the game (err.. which I've already downloaded thanks.) A quick scan of my remote programs directory also confirms this.

However, clicking on the link from the "Most downloaded Strategy Games" link or using the link provided by wildride above.. takes me to a page with a Play button...

Hi i've uninstalled kings bounty. tried to reinstall it comes up with tag king%27s bounty doesn't show on player as downloaded just says game data of 2mb there. Can't find where it's d/loaded to.
Also said my last game played was jericho, and i haven't even d/loaded this. Is someone else using my login? Any help much appreciated. cheers.
