Hi All,
I brought a game to download and recieved the below email with order details:
"To prevent fraud, an additional check of your purchase is required. To this effect, your key will only be sent once your purchase has been validated. The aforementioned check can take up to a few hours. We strive to deliver your key to you as fast as possible. In any event, if you do not receive your key in the next 12 hours, we invite you to contact Customer Support."
Just a couple of qustions to more experienced users of this service.
1. How long does this process take from real world experience.
2. How often does this process happen, I have purchased 2 games and did not have this issue.
I know it might be seen as no big-deal, but it defeats the download and play aspect of this service.
