Dear Metabolians,

The Metaboli Team would like to sincerely apologize to all of you who had problems accessing your games on the weekend of the 2nd of June 2012.

As explained before, there was an issue with one of our web services, which was not automatically detected by our alert system, and our technical department wasn’t able to respond immediately to the problem. In the future we are looking to monitor the service more closely and your comments in order to maintain the expected high level of service. We would like to assure you that Metaboli is working hard to avoid this situation in the future.

So, how can we make it up to you? For starters we will be launching additional games these upcoming weeks, including: A New Beginning, Men of War Vietnam, Sacrifice, AND we are offering a voucher of £5 on our partner site Gamesplanet.com in compensation for all customers who were affected by the glitch (see below for details on how to claim the voucher).*

Furthermore Metaboli should be launching a series of new improvements to the service in the next few weeks/months:
- A beta test regarding a few games under the cloud gaming technology
- A few games for Android available with your subscription for the same price
- Additional games in our £6.95 offers
- A site redesign
- Offers and discounts on Gamesplanet, allowing you to Download to Own titles not available in the current catalogue (ie AAA titles from Bethesda, EA, Activision...)

All in all, Metaboli remains the best choice for ultimate online gaming and we thank you once again for your time and patience.

Looks like I have the smae problem this weekend, or being able to get in my games list. The Yummy icon is not comming up or game list appearing.

It seems to be the usual local bug where you can't see your game list. Try uninstalling & reinstalling the player and let us know if that solves your issue. It usually does the trick.

In case, find below the uninstalling directions: http://www.metaboli.co.uk/forum/post297800.html. Make sure to save/copy your Metaboli games folder in a separate place before you uninstall the playey just in case, so you don't lose it if there is a mishap.

Anyone else get their £5 voucher i still haven't got mine no email has appeared with the code i sent the email requesting one before the end date required.

Weird... I have sent the emails in 2 waves: once on July 4th and once on June 26th

only start playing games 3 days ago i have the premiere account now i cant download cant access my games what a waste of time and money

you don't download the player anymore it's java based now and runs via plugins in which ever browser you use, is your version of java up to date and have you made sure that the plugin isn't being stopped from running by your antivirus software ?
