Clicking the 'cancel subscription' button in 'my account' just brings me to the FAQ section about cancelling a subscription...
Then following the info in that about submitting the request via a web form (amateur hour), that just tells me it failed. It's trying to search it's knowledge base for what I've typed in as the message, not send the message to any destination. But this is the form that the FAQ on cancelling links directly to.
Man they have really built a bad system.
So, no way for me to cancel? I'm 9 days away from renewal. If I end up with another month charged because they have the shoddiest cancellation system ever in place...well lets say I won't be at all surprised to find it was intended to end up that way.
But companies that practice these kind of things don't make very much money in the long run, as their reputation for deceit soon spreads.
So what do I have to do to cancel?
