 Problems, Problems, Problems! After player update i was unable to launch it!
After instructions from help desk and reinstalling player, i got NO games!
I have downloaded 50 GB of games with 6 Mbit connection, and now i have nothing,
this is disaster! if i don't solve this issue i will cancel my subscription and will never return.
i don't want to redownload any more files.

Re: Problems, Problems, Problems! I have lost all of my downloaded games as well. I have tried restarting machine and they are still missing. This is major not good. Where are all my games gone. I have tried uninstalling and still no good and to make things worse it will not download any games.

SAME HERE CAN'T Download games i downloaded, can't redownload, i can download only those games i never downloaded before, this is horrible!

I run a sub-account on a pc running vista and am having these problems. Downloaded games are missing, can only download games not on my games list. My main pc is running windows 7 and is fine. Strange indeed. Service seems to have been a bit sketchy the last week or so. A lot of player updates, games list goes then comes back next day.
Advise will be appreciated

Re: Problems, Problems, Problems! Same issue with my 64 bit Windows 7 PC, lost all downloads.... sure they are still on my hard drive but the player cannot see them. I tried some of the fix solutions however no luck yet. I am not keen on getting a nice new updated "player" if it stops the site functioning.

Re: Problems, Problems, Problems! I stopped using the Game version of the site and logged into Metaboli directly and it seems to work.... is this the reason it was not working?

im using metaboli version.. but i have logged before on game version of site since i was using that one before and i still can not solve problem! pay as you play service is very good but these meta guys need to invest some more time in these "technical" stuff and support.

We did not push live any modification yesterday, so there was no apparent reason as to why you should have been experiencing this problem.
Problem solved for everybody?
