Hi, I was wondeing when the witcher 2 will be updated to include the lastest 1.3 patch
Have tried downloading and installing the patch my self from the witcher website but it dose not work with the metaboli verson

the latest patch 1.3 has tons of complaints ( nearly a thousand so far on the witchers own website many more on various other sites) of the game having a few problems with it such as features no longer working as they should including gamepad and keyboard control not functioning in some places, game prompts in dice and QTE randomly not appearing and such you have to quit the game by alt tabbing and shutting the game down as there is no means to play them or quit out, audio drop outs and even the features the 1.3 patch was meant to help dont work right such as 3D the shadows are messed up and the aspect ratio for 16:10 is zoomed in and cutting out parts of the picture and some are even having worse performence issues than they did previously.

as yet no word from CDPR ( the developer) on any fixes coming any time soon.

I hope Metaboli wait and stick with the current version until a new patch is out to fix the problems with 1.3 other wise we would end up with some unhappy members here, at least those that have paid for their games via retail or digital download have ways to go back to previous patches which worked fine for most but that is something that the metaboli version cant do and such we would be stuck until the fixes were done when ever that will be.

hi, thanks for the reply did not relies the 1.3 patch was so buggy only really want it so i can store stuff with the inn keeper.
