	Syberia II = Virus threat  sirenmorgan 02 May 2011, 06:27 Joined: 30 Apr 2011, 17:52 Posts: 3  Syberia II = Virus threat I went to play Syberia II and my anti virus caught it as a threat. I hope this can be cleared up, I don't want to play games that I have worry about viruses or intrusions. I am very unhappy over this. Most likely your AV thought it saw a generic file that it thinks is a virus and flagged it as such when it really is a false positive. We would not publish a virus infected game. The Gen part means generic, which means its not identifiable as a known virus but its doing something that some known virii do. In most cases for Metaboli this is "send information to server" which you practically do every game, only some games will trigger the alert though. Anyone know how to get past this, I've had it on several games now.
