Whats wrong with Vista? im trying to download a game... and it Says, in the little Right hand Corner, Downloading "Said game" And.. it wont download... like, it WONT do anything..., i even looked on the site under my games... and it still says 0.0kb of 1.98gb.... its ridiculous.. vista is such a goddamn joke...

and im assuming no one answers here? 0 for Service, 0 for support... and counting!!

this forum is mainly for users like you, so you won't get direct support from Metaboli here. For that you need to contact support.

You will get support from our nice users though, if you ask nicely. Also, there's nothing wrong with Vista, the site and service are compatible with Vista.

Hi as shane says the forum is for members to post, Metaboli support don't see or post here at all, but Some of us members do try and help when and where we can.

First what game is it that your trying to download, and second are you using a 32 bit version of vista Metaboli doesn't run on a 64bit OS at present.

The only game that has been found to work with 64bit is Kings bounty as that uses a newer player format (Yummy) where as the rest of the games and service use Extent. if your using 64bit i'm afraid your at a loss, the T&C does state that the service is currently 32bit only it's also stated on the sign up page as well.

use your ISP email client as web based ones such as hotmail etc see metaboli emails as spam and don't send them at all or are very slow in doing so. you will get a automatic reply from the metaboli servers, reply to that email don't change anything or send a new one and someone at support will get back to you.

Vista 32 or Vista 64? On 64 this will happen because the player currently does not support 64bit.

You can check what you have by bringing up the start menu (button bottom left corner) right click computer and select properties, next to System Type it will either tell you 64 or 86, 64 wont work it needs to be 86. If its 64 you will just have to wait for the support to roll out.

oh bloody hell!!, im running a 64 D=... so i kind wasted like 12.95 =x.. didnt no Metaboli didnt run on a 64... i will not request a refund tho... as i should have known... thanks anyways guys =)

They do try to tell you, its on the sign up page where you create an account, aswell as the T&C.

Cancel the Subscription, and check back in a few months, I know they are working on getting 64bit support for us. As the sub will stay available until the end of the month you can even try out the service as one game does work on 64 bit, Kings Bounty (in strategy). This is the only one.
