Problem accessing King's Bounty?

 Problem accessing King's Bounty? Hi
Been playing King's Bounty for a week or so but this evening can't access it from "My Account" and also can not see it in the play list. Have mailed support but not sure what hours they work so no idea when to expect an answer back.
Is anybody else having either the same problem or is able to play okay?

Re: Problem accessing King's Bounty? Having same problem and cant find the game listed anywhere on metaboli website.
The link above takes me to a page which asks about upgading membership to ultimate even though I already have ultimate membership. The same thing happens when i try to start from my desktop shortcut.

Re: Problem accessing King's Bounty? Yeah im getting the same problem - i have uninstalled and reinstalled the Metaboli player. I have even uninstalled the game hoping it would enable me to reinstall - no luck. Was really enjoying the game too!!

Launching from desktop will get you to the My Account page, I also assume you were logged in when pressing the link I provided? For me it takes me to the Kings Bounty page. Definately something odd going on as it appears gone. Only thing I can think of is the publisher asked it to be removed and thats why its not there anymore, though if you already downloaded the game or were subscribed when it was available it should still work.

It seems like there were some problems over the week-end, as the game is accessible today, in the strategy category.
Sorry about that, I didn't monitor it this week-end, that's why I didn't see it

Re: Problem accessing King's Bounty? Hi i've uninstalled kings bounty. tried to reinstall it comes up with tag king%27s bounty doesn't show on player as downloaded just says game data of 2mb there. Can't find where it's d/loaded to.
Also said my last game played was jericho, and i haven't even d/loaded this. Is someone else using my login? Any help much appreciated. cheers.

Re: Problem accessing King's Bounty? Well it is back but something still isn't quite right...
Firstly, it doesn't appear in my games list.
Secondly clicking the link from the strategy lists takes me to this page

where I get prompted to download the game (err.. which I've already downloaded thanks.) A quick scan of my remote programs directory also confirms this.
However, clicking on the link from the "Most downloaded Strategy Games" link or using the link provided by wildride above.. takes me to a page with a Play button...

Re: Problem accessing King's Bounty? Doesn't work! Get the "subscribe to ultimate collection" page just like previous. I'm on a slow line and a limited download package so telling me to download again ain't going to make me a happy puppy
