[:((] Can any one help fully downed Nostrodamus, and the game opens to the spheres in a line but i cant see the boxes on top,

It could be that the game starts in a resolution that is not configured for your monitor, have you tried changing the resolution, or is those options in the boxes you cant see ?

[:)] Thanks for your advice, I have tried that through the desktop display settings. The problem is that the nostrodamus game settings do not show, so I cant progress past the four globe opening screen.

the four globes in a line is actually the menu screen - maybe the test isn't displaying for some reason - have you tried clicing the globes and finding out something in the Options section?

The other thing could be DirectX, however usually this would be a total failure to load, loading some and not others could still be DirectX. Ill refer you to this post and assuming you got the latest directx then pay attention to the missing DX files. I dont have a full listing of missing files but the usual ones are listed.
