i too want to unsubscribe.i joined last night and downloaded soldiers howw2.keep getting the internal error for the player everytime i try to play it. done all the things to check retry etc.if you aint a pc pro then you aint got a chance on here. my view is that you pay the dollars it should work and i'm not on here to spend all my time trying to fix a prob that these people should do in the first place.what a crock o crap.!

Im guessing your new to online gaming altogether, try turning off your firewall and see if the error continues, that error can occur due to a firewall blocking the connection.btw Im no pro, I just know how to get things to work using common sense and a little knowledge. If you cant get things to work read this thread and go through the possible problems. PS Ive gotta add the internal error to that with the new forums (generally means unable to connect due to firewalls).Next time instead of slagging off the service due to your inability to get things working, ask.
