Re: Dunno why it went where it went, cant delete it either. sorry to see you having issues prawn, It looks like the service was having a little Hiccup as i was unable to download some games and like you the speed had dropped a fair bit, i have tried it now and it seems to be back to how it should be so give it another try and see if you get the speed you should.

Tried again, 700 kb/s Way down on what i can get. I have been waiting 2 days for support to get back to me but nothing. Guess i'll use it for the month i've already paid for then cancel again.

Re: Dunno why it went where it went, cant delete it either. lol yeah it does seem i'm the only one recently, the regulars that use to be around are not anymore or they only pop in once in awhile I try to post as much as i can but yeah it's very quite in here now compared to how it use to be, I guess the way things are with the economy, job cuts etc there are more important things than gaming requiring cash i dunno.

Is that the same metad that hadn't logged in for about a month until yesterday or today?
I just noticed he came on to promote new games but ignored my request for help, also suggested to someone to go through support?
I think i'll give it a miss as support still haven't replied. Free games have better support than this.

Now the download starts and freezes. Looking into ip flood detection on my router, if it can be changed.....
Can't be changed apparently. Turned router firewall off, pc av and firewall off, basically gave metaboli all the access it needs but still nothing. Time to cancel.

Re: Dunno why it went where it went, cant delete it either. Please try running a traceroute to the Metaboli servers once downloading a game. From your Windows' Start menu please type "cmd" into the search box, then press Enter. Now type "tracert metaboli.co.uk" and hit enter. (See herefor an example) Let the trace complete then copy / paste the results in your next message. This will hopefull help us understanding where the issue comes from for you. Thanks!
