05. Am I subscribing for a set length of time ?
=> Without a set length of time :
Please contact our customer support using the webform at least 8 days before your subscription renewal. If your request is sent less than 8 days, the cancellation might be effective after the next month renewal. Once your Pack cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email from the customer support.
=> With a set length of time of 6 months :
You will save 15% each month by subscribing to this option. You could only cancel your Pack once the engagement period ended following the process described above. You could find the ending date in the "Manage my account" tab.
