Document 10. How to change your Premium Pack to a Essential Pack or a Chill-out Pack ?
If you are subscribed to a Premium Pack and you want to switch for an Essential or Chill-out Pack, you just have to send a request using our webform providing your subscription number. Our customer support will cancel your current subscription. Once your games rights ended you will be able to subscribe to the desired Pack.

Special cases :

=> If you subscribed to a 6 months minimum Premium Pack, you will only be able to change your Pack after the end of your engagement period following the process described above.

=> Promotional offers are reserved only to new customers and therefore unavailable for a current subscription. Please contact our customer support if you have any further requests.
