Document TrackMania United Forever: cannot create online profile
Apparently the game does not let you create a new account with our Games on Demand version, but it will let you use a pre-existent account.

What you can do is to create a TMU account using the “free version” of the game Trackmania United Nations that you can download at:

http://www.trackmania.com/tm/index.php?rub=downloads.

 
-          Install the game

-          Create a  new account

-          Use the newly created account to access our Games on Demand version of the game

-          Convert the account to our version when asked

and you should now be able to play online with your profile :)
