How to cancel your Pack (without an engagement period) ?
Please contact our customer support using the webform at least 8 days before your subscription renewal. If your request is sent less than 8 days, the cancellation might be effective after the next month renewal.
Please provide us your subscription number and the email address used during your subscription and make sure you receive a message like this once you have sent your message:
Your request has been recorded with reference "XXXXX"
If you do not get this message nor any email on your mailbox in a few minutes, please try again.
If your request is sent less than 8 days, the cancellation might be effective after the next month renewal.
This delay is the one put in place by the bank to ensure the security of payment. If you do not cancel 8 days before the renewal date of your subscription you run the risk that the cancellation will not have been taken into account before the direct debit for the next month takes place. In this case the cancellation will automatically take place at the end of the next subscription month, or until the payment ends.

Once your Pack cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email from the customer support.
How to cancel your Pack (with an engagement period) ?
