Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow: Support Pixel Shader
This is mainly a problem with Geforce MX, Geforce 2, Geforce 4 MX et ATI Radeon 7500 (and inferior) graphics cards, that is all those unsupported by the game.
If you have one of these cards there is unfortunately no cheap software fix. To run the game you will need to replace your 3D graphics card. We advise you invest in an Nvidia Geforce FX 5700 or an ATI Radeon 9800, both of which will run all the latest games available in our collections, they will also, however make quite a reasonable dent in your wallet.
