05. The PC freezes or restarts after a few minutes
This is a very difficult problem to resolve because it could be due to any number of problems: a problem with a peripheral, an overheating of your processor, any number of problems with your RAM, or that you have a resource gobbler like a virus or a worm on your machine. Unfortunately, in face of this list of possibilities, the only way it can be done is by a process of elimination.

If the problem persists you could check the config of the various components of your PC, but to do this you need a fair knowledge of software and hardware. We therefore advise you to talk to our tech support department about it.
