The game starts pretty well but lacks the ability to really suck you in. The characters you meet are shallow except one or two and the game suffers from constant backtracking that forces you to check things over and over again and obtain new items every time you do, and some unusual ways to solve problems really affects the game in a negative way. The last chapter is where the game shines (a very dim light though) and the story is all revealed to you.

If you are into classic adventure games this is a good place to start. The characters, the controls and story is nice and easy ... not too complicated. If you like monkey island and Broken sword this is a game for you.

A good game all round. Nice graphics and some interesting storylines. It just doesn't have that amazing Monkey Island/Broken Sword feel. However it is still a great game. I want to play the sequel because of it.

Great story, great cut-scenes, great graphics, great characters, great puzzles. The first adventure game I have played for years. As usual with this genre, this game has the usual frustrating periods when you can't find the objects you need, but adventure games don't come better than this!
