The DEA are having major problems in South America; La Valedora, the new drug mafia has destroyed the DEA headquarters and anyone who got between them and their goal of being the biggest drugs cartel in Colombia has been killed. The DEA decide to send in their best man, Victor "El Matador" Corbet to eliminate the boss of La Valedora in the middle of the biggest drugs war that Colombia has ever seen.
