If you're looking for a game where you can build what you want, when you want, with no restrictions, this is NOT the game for you, even though there is an editor and a "free mode" it is not like that, there is a budget and there are building restrictions, it's not what I hoped for, if you love a challenge, and you love management game, you want to play this game, it's got the right challenge and the realism that you want.
